EVERY YEAR THE LUCY RAYNER FOUNDATION ORGANISE A 31 DAY CHALLENGE  WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE SOMETHING TO DO EVERY DAY OR ACROSS THE MONTH IN MARCH

IT COULD BE SOMETHING LIKE:

🏃 Run 3.1 miles every day

✍️ Write a poem every day

🏋️‍♀️ Do 31 sit-ups every day

🛀 Complete an act of self-care every day

🚬 Stop smoking for 31 Days


I WILL BE TAKING ON THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGE:

*AT LEAST 31 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY (WILL BE RECORDED ON MY PHONE AND CAN BE BROKEN UP ACROSS THE DAY FOR EXAMPLE 15 MINS SESSION THEN 16 MINS SESSION OR ALL IN ONE GO.)

TO KEEP UPDATED WITH MY 31 MINUTES OF EXERCISE, I HAVE BROKEN THE MONTH INTO 2 SECTIONS AND WILL BE UPLOADING TO THE FOLLOWING BLOGS FOR YOU TO SEE HOW I AM DOING
