Smoked bacon and tenderstem broccoli pasta.
Ingredients
Bag of 500g Penne Pasta
1 red chilli
Olive oil
1 Lemon
1 Pack of smoked bacon
Tenderstem broccoli
Method
Put the 500g penne pasta in hot salted water until Al Dente
Slice one red chilli and put in a cup of olive oil with the juice of half a lemon.
Fry the bacon in a pan
Once crispy add the heads of the tenderstem broccoli but discard the storks or use for soup
Then add the pasta, the chilli oil and lemon juice then cook for a further 2 mins until done
