Chorizo eggs on petit pan

Ingredients

• Sliced chorizo

• Pack of eggs

• Petit Pan

Method

• Fry sliced chorizo in a pan

• When starting to crisp, crack two eggs into the same pan using the oil from the chorizo, 

• Cook a petit pan in the oven and cut in half.

• Once warm place the chorizo and eggs on top and serve
