Pasta Carbonara
Ingredients
500g Spaghetti
300g Pancetta or streaky bacon
Onion
Pack of mushrooms
Pack of eggs
Parmesan cheese(grated)
Method
Cook 500g spaghetti in boiling water till al dente
Fry 300g of pancetta or streaky bacon in a pan
Add half a diced onion and 5/6 sliced mushrooms to the pan and continue to fry
In a bowl whisk 2/3 eggs and add 50g grated Parmesan and mix together
Add the drained spaghetti to the pancetta, onions and mushrooms then add the egg mix
Keep stirring for 2 mins until the egg is cooked and mixed in well then serve
