Cod in tomato sauce with French beans and Cous Cous
Ingredients
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Seasoning.
Piece of cod
Bag of cous cous
French beans
Method
Cook one tin of chopped tomatoes in a pan on low heat.
Add some seasoning of onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
Cook until a thick consistency then add the cod to the pan.
Cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 mins.
Put dried cous cous in a bowl
Cover with boiling water then cling film and leave for 10-15 mins
Add what flavour you like: onion, peppers, dried fruit, herbs, spices, top and tail green beans.
Place in boiling water for 3-4 mins and drain
