Last night we had a spectacular vision in the sky when the Northern lights showed across so many parts of Oxfordshire and from personal experience, it was amazing.
The last time when they were about, I sadly missed them but being able to get them on camera was brilliant.
To be honest, I didn't really know they were happening until a friend told me about them yesterday afternoon.
As the day was going on, I had forgotten about it until I then saw another friend of mine post about it on Social Media, so I thought I would check it out.
Got my phone and started to take some pictures to see if it would show up and to my amazement they did.
After taking a few photos from my bathroom window, I decided to go to the main road and take some photos from there and to be honest, I think it's the best one I took.
I shared this on X (Twitter) and tagged BBC RADIO OXFORD, not expecting them to share or anything but when I woke up this morning, I found it on all their socials.
Thank you BBC for the shout out.
