At the moment, our counselling service by The Lucy Rayner Foundation is only covering Surrey at the moment.
The Outreach program that offers surrounding areas is currently suspended.
The Lucy Rayner Foundation do offer other services including support groups on Zoom which is available for everyone across the country

LAUNCH 7TH AUGUST 2025. - 🌟We are so excited to welcome you to Y.E.P – our Youth Empowerment Programme!🌟 A new project by The Lucy Rayner Foundation❤️ Y.E.P is all about empowering the next generation and promoting wellbeing through fun, connection and active experiences. We want to get young people out of the house and into the community to get active, get inspired, and make new friends! 🎉Free activities will be held throughout the summer as we pilot our exciting new programme! 📍Most events will be held around the Reigate and Redhill area. ℹ️Age groups will vary. Info will be provided for each event. Keep an eye on our page for updates. We can’t wait to see you there!😊

In partnership with BSC Fitness - Bicester Strength and Conditioning 📍 Location: BSC Gym, 35 Wedgwood Road, Bicester, OX26 4UL 🕖 When: Every Friday, 19:00 - 20:30 These meetings are entirely inclusive. The Man Cave UK aim is to help men in Bicester and local areas with any mental health issues; these may (not restricted to) include: Depression Anxiety Addiction Separation/Divorce Grief Trauma Lack of community Loneliness Or if you want to build healthy friendships and participate in many social events. Come along and get involved 💚💚💚 Remember - You don't have to share. Feel free to come and listen. We look forward to meeting you 👌

EVERY THURSDAY - COME AND GET INVOLVED EVERY WEEK FOR QUIZ NIGHT
PAWS AND SNIFF - ✨ Regular and ad hoc spaces now available! 📍 Areas covered: Kidlington, North Oxford & Woodstock 🐾 My mission is to boost your dog’s confidence through improved engagement, basic obedience, manners & recall training and encouraging appropriate interactions & play. I have extensive first-hand experience in rehoming adult dogs, managing reactivity and raising puppies. 🐾 Walks are planned to provide maximum enjoyment and enrichment ~ we visit different walking locations throughout the week and take our time to explore them; hence ‘Paws’ & Sniff! 🐾 Secure field sessions are available for puppies & adult dogs with poor recall / high prey drive, and are ideal for those of a nervous disposition! 🐾 We are insured with PetPlan Sanctuary and care for dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds, including XL Bully ‘types’. Groups are restricted in number to the limits set by the local authority and all dogs wear GPS trackers for additional peace of mind.
